I was extremely skeptical on this at first, but my energy consigliere Nick Carnagey was very patient and made sure every concern I had was fully addressed. And anytime I had a question or concern he and the rest of the staff at Everlight were always super helpful and quick to respond. The system looks great! It consistently performs as Everlight said it would or better. Our first energy bill with the system on for a month was only $45 which was mostly the basic hookup and service fees. The install process took only an afternoon and the install guys could not have been more professional or courteous. "Emailed company for an estimate to repair or replace some interior doors. Got a prompt reply and set up a time for the appointment. The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Overall we are very happy with the experience. We very much appreciate the experience level of the people we dealt with (Jim and Tom).

"Even though I have read some negative comments about their plumbing's prices, I wanted to give them a chance as I had a fairly good experience on the HVAC side. Unfortunately, I am afraid the comments were right! I called them for a leak in my basement related to a water drain from the second floor bathrooms. Before starting, Matt explain to me he had to go through a "pluming diagnostics" of the entire house and systems that is a flat fee of $497 (based on the age of the house) for: Unlimited Time to find the problem, One level 1 to 2 repair included with diagnostic, performance check, whole home water quality analysis, including chlorine, water hardness, and total dissolved solids, confirmation that system is safe, reliable, and energy efficient, Applies to equipment 6-20+ years old, main drain, water pressure/water temperature over 1500 sqft, tankless water heater. Basically a fee to "find the leak" and anything else that could be wrong in my house in order to give me suggestions for additional repairs that go on top of the "diagnostic fee", unless it is a level 1 or 2 repair that you probably never have anyway...! I my case Matt's listed 3 options: - $4.193 (repair copper drain, new washing machine hoses, install pressure valve and new 50 Gal water heater) - $1.467 (repair copper drain, new washing machine hoses, install pressure valve). Meaning $2.726 for the water heater alone. Or $631 (repair copper drain, new washing machine hoses). Meaning $836 for the pressure valve alone! I told him I could do the machine hoses myself and asked him how much it would be just to fix the leak => $364. That means the charge to change 2 $10 hoses is $267!! By the way, they don't deduct the $79 service call if you are not part of the Membership Program, charge an additional $14 for "Transfer Fuel Surcharge" and didn't discount the $50 coupon. Bottom line my invoice was $497 + $79 + $14 + $364 = $954. Fortunately, I talked to Kristy from Customer Service the following day and got the $50 coupon applied and got an additional $50 off after my open and direct discussion with her. Thank you Kristy. Still, I believe the all process was a bit complicated for a leak and would have to try a different plumber next time. Further more, what's going on with the "Plumbing Diagnostic" fee if they have to come again later on during the year for another issue? I surely wouldn't need another "check" of my entire house..."

"Our experience with Hal was wonderful.  He has fantastic design vision, attention to detail and produces high quality products for an amazing value.  We were so impressed with the work that he did. that we are already thinking of additional projects.  In addition to the larger projects, he also worked with us to complete some small maintenance projects around the yard - refurbishing some Adirondack chairs, light fixtures, etc.  Other reviewers have captured the considerations on how to best work with Hal: have a point of view, but your project will come out even more amazing if you take his design feedback into account, communicate clearly and often, but be flexible on your timeline, to account for weather and unforeseen delays.  Wonderful experience, highly recommended!"

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."

"The job went really smoothly. I have an older home which still had the original tile in the bathroom (two layers on the floor apparently!). Paul started the job on time and finished early. He was responsive to my concerns and kept me updated frequently on what was happening. He had good suggestions on design, and good ideas about how to deal with problem spots, which seem to be frequent in older homes! Paul has excellent attention to detail, and I picked an intricate tile pattern which turned out beautifully. The gentlemen who work for Paul were courteous, prompt and helpful. I felt at ease from beginning to end. At this point, y bathroom is the most spectacular room in my house!! I have used this company before, and whole heartedly recommend them."
