"Caleb McGalliard was prompt when I called. He came directly over and was professional in his demeanor and quotes. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my home. Caleb has done a beautiful job in exactly the manner I requested as the finished product. The real beauty of his work can’t even be seen as he laid a very solid foundation for the bed and leveled all the ground and stones around the area. I highly recommend this young man as a trustworthy, professional, courteous, and reasonable contractor!!"

"Stevie and Gail are simply the best! Every detail is attended to, every element is thought through! The major renovation and upgrade they did for us was beyond our expectations!!!! Thank you Stevie and Gail!!!"

"Mike Motto represents this company. I found him to be honest, fair, responsive in a very timely manner (rare with contractors) and very easy to deal with. If you are looking for the lowest possible price, he is not your guy. Mike and his very professional team WILL NOT paint over rot just to keep the estimate and price down. His guys WILL put two full, brush painted coats on your house and work constantly on the job until it is complete. When problems are revealed during power washing he will take pictures of the problem and send them to you if you are not at the property. His men ARE NOT jack legs.....he only employs the best. I was at the cottage for part of the project and I was pleasantly surprised at how hard and long his team would work each day. When he "suggests" a product to use...listen to him. He knows what product works in any environment. Not dirt cheap....but professional and worth every penny. A neighbor who is a retired contractor quietly monitored the project in my absence and stated that he did not know of any other company on Topsail Island who was as assiduous as Elite, and he was going to hire him for a large interior job."

"This was my first round at a bathroom remodel. It all went perfectly! Wise Grove Builders did an excellent job. Super talented workmen. Builder was professional. Everyone was respectful, friendly, and neat. They did a great job. They will be the only call I make when I get ready to do my kitchen. They even sent a team of ladies to clean everything to a sparkle when the project was finished. What a treat!"

"I have used the services of John Adams/101 Building Services for my home and had great results.  Our church needed some exterior repair and I asked John to give us an estimate for the work.  After I received his estimate we met at the church and discussed exactly what needed to be done.
John not only did a quality job for each of the tasks on the list, he noticed some additional related items that needed work and, after checking with me, repaired those also.  For example, he powerwashed much more than the portico and steps that we contracted for.  While he had his gear hooked up, he also power washed the front walkway and back entryway.  He also repaired damage to two additional windows.
We have a small church with a limited budget.  John refused to accept any more in payment than what was initially agreed.  He said the additional work was his gift to the church.  Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of John's work and appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile.

"I was very pleased with the performance of the contractor. The crew was knowledgeable and each crewmember knew exactly what he was to do. The job site was laid out to benefit the speed of the crew. The job was completely within expectation. Greatly impressed."
