"Water in crawlspace. Replaced vapor barrier, sealed all vents, repaired duct work and installed a dehumidifier. A lot of work with pictures and explanations of work and cost options. I made the call and Nick and Justin did a great job. They showed me how everything works and the difference is remarkable. Probably saved us from a huge reconstruction in the future. Nick is a fine attentive worker with a fine young helper in Justin. I will call them for all my services and annual upkeep."

"Emergency A/C repair, Thursday night, 7/2/15, 10PM, Ricky of A&R heating and Air, was the only A/C repair company that answered the call and came out. One other company did call back but, asked if I was a contracted customer and told me he wouldn't be able to get to me until next week. Once Ricky and Assistant arrived they got right to work to trouble shoot my A/C problem. Once the problem was quickly identified (Compressor Fan Motor) a temporary motor was put in while an OEM fan was ordered and installed. Ricky and his assistant came back the following morning to install the new fan motor and had me promptly up and running. This is what I call customer service.
