"I did not actually hire; Emanuel. Here is what happened. He called me to see what my issue was. I explained it to him, having to do with GFCI outlets and breakers I was not able to reset. He said, do you want to hop on FaceTime and show me the electrical panel? I said YES! So in the span of 8 patient minutes, he led me through how to flip the breakers fully, and safely, and then talked me through resetting my GFCI outlets underneath my kitchen sink. All while on FaceTime. I told him I wanted to pay him for his time and expertise (and laidback kindness) -- he said, nah, no problem, just call next time I have an electrical issue.
