"We met with Barbara, the sales consultant, who was very thorough. She came to our residence, measured our room, and provided us examples of other systems that she had designed. At this meeting she also provided us with an initial design and gave us options on materials for the cabinets/shelving and counter-tops. <br /> In a few days she provided us with more formal plans. We met with her again and made the final modifications that allowed us to meet our budget for the work. She also suggested a counter-top that complimented our floors. Barbara provided us with a timeline for the installation - 6 weeks out. <br /> The installers came on schedule and did an excellent job. They were very neat and professional and installed the system in less than two days. <br /> The office looks better than we imaged and is very functional.
