"Leroy was excellent! Very professional. He came on time even in this bad weather and diagnosed the problem. The switch did work when he turned it on a of couple times but he said it wasn't the switch but the fireplace was very dirty. He cleaned it thoroughly rearranged the logs and started it several times. Works and looks great! Will rehire when needed. Very pleased. Only thing was he didn't keep his mask on at all times but still would rehire. Excellent job!!"

I called them to tell them about this and they said they would pass it on to the top. I never got a call back from them however. The utility company, Excel, took care of the leak and it all turned out okay."
