"Tatum Works showed up the next day, gave me a good price to fix my water leak (much better than the other two contractors I contacted) They finished the work faster than expected and restored my yard to the original state. We are so very happy with the entire project with Dustin and his crew. We would highly recommend this company."

"Mr. C's has restored my faith in plumbers.
The following is provided as a contrast to how awesome Mr. C's service was: A year and a half ago, our tub faucet started leaking. The plastic handle that controlled flow had cracked, so we went on Angieslist and found a plumber. He came out, determined that there was another piece inside the control assembly that was loose, causing us to over crank the handle, which broke the handle. He went to ACE hardware to find parts, but couldn't, then went to Park Plumbing to find parts, then came back and "fixed it," by which I mean the water would turn completely off, if we kind of jiggled the temperature control handle just so, and then turned the knob extra tight. The whole time he kept trying to sell me on completely replacing my shower plumbing setup to a completely different kind. The whole thing cost $280, most of which was the guy's time trying to track down the parts.
Fast forward to last week. Now the handle won't tighten down again, and it's really leaking, like I left it on a bit. I come back on Angieslist and found Mr. C's. I call and leave a message on a Sunday, which was returned within 24 hours on the Monday business day, great responsiveness. They let me know they can't schedule an appointment for about a week. That's alright, the bathroom isn't flooding. I'd prefer it to be quicker, but he specifically states in his profile that he's not an emergency guy. We set an appointment for 10-11 AM the next Monday.
This is the only place that Mr. C's fell down a bit. Our appointment was for 10-11 AM arrival, and he arrived at about 2 PM. I got a call at noon letting me know he was running behind on a job and would be at our place around 1:30. Would have preferred a call around 10-11 letting me know a job was taking longer than expected, rather than an hour after the latest expected arrival time.
However, Jeremy was worth waiting for. He arrived, gave me an exact quote because he seems to price by job, not by the hour. $150 + parts. Great! He gets things disassembled and diagnoses that there is a screw that has broken inside the assembly. He gets the screw out, and lets me know I have some options, he's going to Park Plumbing to see if there are parts, and if there are, it will be the original amount. The other option may be he needs to special order the parts, or we could replace the whole faucet assembly. I asked him to see if there were parts first, which he happily agreed to. He went to Park Plumbing and there was a rebuild kit (apparently a lot of them). He came back, rebuilt the control assembly, and now everything works like it's new! It's perfect! It's such a small quality of life thing but not having to fight your shower is really nice.
The best part: total with parts was $207. So the comparison here is that Jeremy was able to fix a bigger problem in my shower better and for $70 less than the last plumber I called in to fix it. In fact, I just looked at the receipt for the last guy and they spent the same amount of money at the same store on parts! So he's just a better plumber. I will definitely be calling Mr. C's again if I have more plumbing needs.

"The appointment was scheduled to have the corroded water valve that goes to my icemaker replaced. The valve was in a small are behind my refrigerator. The technician had to jump over the counter and work in a tight space. He did not make a fuss about the situation and had the new water valve installed in 15 minutes. I have a shower drain that was draining slow I asked the technician what the price would be to snake it out, not expecting to have it done on the spot. Not only did he give a very reasonable price but he did the job right then instead of making me schedule another appointment.

"Val did an outstanding job. He is proficient, thorough, did this job with ease. My husband thought we could replace a toilet ourselves after viewing a you-tube video. We do not have these skills... The first thing Val did is to shut off the water. That was rusted, then leaking!!!. OMG I was grateful we hire a true professional. Val, The Flying Plumber was outstanding!!! We would highly recommend him for any job. I am very happy to report my marriage is still intact. My husband was also very happy that I hired a plumber. We love Val, and he will now be our plumber of choice!!!! Great guy and great work. Ask him how he named his company. He is amazing.... Thank You, Val. Pat Carlson Effland."

"
Dec 26th. I was on vacation when a friend who was watching over our house called me to let me know I had a leak in my roof and water was dripping into the back bedroom. I knew I needed someone to help mitigate the water and help find the source of the leak.
I went to Angie?s list on my iPad and found Marc at Above All Cleaning and Restoration so I decided to call him based on pervious reviews.
Marc answered right away, and was at my home inspecting the damage in a few hours. He gave me updates and photos so I could view for myself what had happened. This all took place while I was 2800 miles away in Puerto Rico and I was not going to be home for another two weeks. What impressed me the most about Marc was he was about making sure everything was taken care, He told me not to worry about a deposit we could take care of it when I get home. He was concerned about taking care of my issue and making sure my home was secure. Marc had a roofer out to find the source of the leak; it was an ice dam so it cleared up as it melted but would need to be repaired.
Marc started the water mitigation process to prevent mold and dry out the space. He help start working on what was going to be needed to fix the roof, replace drywall and paint and texture my ceiling. So everything was ready for me when I returned home.
I cannot tell you how relieved I was to have found someone like Marc. When you are so far away from home and you are having an issue like this can be overwhelming.
Everything from the initial water mitigation to the roofing repair work, the drywall crew, the texture and painting the ceiling went very smooth. Everyone on Marc?s team and people he referred me to, were the best. He has a great team and knows the right people.
All of the work would have been done sooner if I did not need to deal with the previous owner regarding the roof ?guarantee? they gave us when we purchased the house. From the time we started with fixing the roof the finishing up with painting the ceiling and cleaning the carpets was a week and a half at most."
