"Excellent service! I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment with Nick and he was amazing! He did a great job repairing the AC unit in just minutes. Very professional Company and will be referring everyone to them."

"Technician diagnosed a bad capacitor; replaced it, cleaned the coils, checked the efficiency of the outdoor unit provided helpful maintenance/cleaning tips that will extend the life of the compressor."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I looked on Angi for help. Cedric from True Blue Heating and Air responded first. He sent VT to check things out, and to take out the unit. Ryan then joined VT making sure we had heat by that evening, and that everything was working properly. Customer service and kindness was much appreciated!! Cedric has reached out to make sure we were happy."

"Outstanding service from the initial communication to the repairman and follow up support with our home warranty. Paul was as helpful as a technician as we have ever had in our home."

"Old School is COOL! Fast response, professional service pro, fair pricing, fixed right the first time!!!"

"Luke warm review is based on their sales and business practices. They play games with words and if you don't know the technical terms your real cost is far from the advertised one.I purchased services via AL for a whole house duct cleaning with unlimited vents for $125. when they showed up to do the work the estimate was over $800. Seems 'vents' means just the cold air returns. They charge addition fees for each element in your furnace-a/c. Supply vents, return vents, what they call a main line, upper unit, lower unit and more are all additional elements with additional fees. The service itself was fine and they do have fine print that mentions additional fees may apply. I just don't like the predatory/misleading advertising."

"These guys are great! I remodel basements and, when I need a helping hand during the busy season, I always call on Justin and his crew! They’ve helped me with upgrading and rerouting ducting, furnaces, AC units, water heaters, and, most recently, a mini split install for a sound proofed media room! They always are friendly with me and my customers, and very knowledgeable on codes and regulations with inspectors! I would recommend these guys to my family and friends!"
