"They were excellent from start to finish. The Owner reached out to hear about the job and set up a free onsite estimate. The Owner's Son came out to do the visual estimate (with all the proper color samples and everything he needed to properly assess the job). Scheduling around our availability was easy. When it came time for the job, the Owner's Son was back with the artisan worker who got all of the information needed and then set out to do the job. Owner's Son went out to get some requested supplies, came back, all with excellent communication between everyone (something I don't often see... normally the worker's hands are tied and don't seem to have support from their company). The work was meticulous with actual care to our property observed (drop cloths, shoes off). I hope I need Tile Installation or Repair Work again because I know I have a wonderful and reliable company to call."

"Considering that they didn't have much to work with the job turned out okay. The previous home owners had apparently used an inexperienced tile person to update the shower and the work was not done well. Eran and his crew had to reattach a shelf and do some regrouting. Their work was difficult because of the state of the shower. I wish they could have done miracles, but at least the shelf is reattached. The grout is still in the curing stage so we are not sure how it will look when that is all done. They were right on time for the appointment and worked quickly. The main issue I have with this company is that the listing on Angie's List says that they accept charge cards. When the work was done and I tried to pay with Visa, Eran said he only accepts cash or check. This was new information. So be aware that if you do business with this company you will have to pay by cash or check. I think their information on Angies List should be updated to remove the credit option if that is no longer available."

"George and his associate were a pleasure to deal with. Because we are getting our house ready to put on the market, we needed the work done quickly and professionally. Not only did George come the day after I called, he came on a weekend to give us a quote. His quote for the work was fair and competitive and his work on all aspects of the job was immaculate. The new tiles he installed look fabulous and he matched some hard to find colors of our grout perfectly on our older 10-16 year old tiles. Ken and team installed kitchen tile and granite countertop two years ago and was so terrific that I called again when we were interested in removing 20 year old fake fireplace surround and old ugly. "After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
If we need any floor coverings or window coverings in the future, we're calling Andre.  Thank you, Andre and thank you, Angie's List.

"B & V gave us a great bid on porcelain tile repair and replacement, and glass tile as well. They were prompt, thorough and very clean. We added a few other items to our "to-do" list, and they were very accommodating. Theirs was the lease expensive bid, but the work was excellent. Would hire them again for sure. Even felt confident leaving them in our home unattended."
