"Awesome work with the decks and ranp. Going to have doors on fence replaced also."

"Was punctual, friendly, polite and professional with excellent communication skills. He replaced a fence post and fixed our gate lock and then throughly cleaned our gutters and installed gutter guards. Cleaned up after himself. The work was excellent and will definitely use again when needed."

"Dan did an amazing job fixing my soft floor spots for a very fair and reasonable price. He used concrete slabs, shims, and strong glue to build lasting support, and the results are incredible. The floor is now rock-solid with absolutely zero bounce, flex, or movement. Dan was polite, kept the workspace clean, and finished the job right on time. He is officially my go-to person for home maintenance, and I will absolutely hire him again for any future repairs. I highly recommend him if you want an expert job that makes your home feel safe and secure again."

"Jack did a fantastic job on the porch. His work exceeded expectations. He is good, honest and hard working. I didn't think it would turn out as well as it did. I would rehire without hesitation."

"

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.
