Mike saved me a ton of money because the previous plumber that came to my house estimated the job at a very very high cost and it turns out that work didn't even need to be done! If you want an honest and fair contractor Mike's Your Man from Delaware Valley Plumbing and Heating. I got to tell you folks Mike and his son John are to the nicest , honest people I've ever met. I have two other projects coming up in the future that I definitely want Mike to do. I can't say enough good things about Delaware Valley Plumbing and Heating. "Booking the appointment was fine the problem began after my new dishwasher was installed. The kickplate was mistakenly thrown away by the plumber. It wasn’t detected until another plumber from Garon T came to finish connecting the sink and insta-hot. He apologized and assured me that they would resolve the problem immediately. That never happened, I called repeat talking and leaving messages to Pamela. Who would apologize but never resolve the problem. Two weeks later, asked what is taking so long and to speak to someone further up the food chain. Spoke to a supervisor who explained this was the first she was hearing about it. Another week and a series of phone calls which ended in insincere apologies. At that point, I had enough contacted the manufacturer myself and received the kickplate in a few days. Then I received this text from Pam. “Hello,This is Pamela with Garon T Plumbing, Heating & AC. Hope y’all are doing great today. Just wanted to touch base to advise that I don’t yet have the arrival date for the kickplate. I apologize for the delay and will let you know as soon as I know. Thank you - have a great weekend!” I replied we already have the kick plate and after three weeks of terrible customer service the issue was resolved. It’s a shame they have such appalling, customer service. We had plan to use them for additional work, however, with customer service unable to resolve a simple problem I’m not sure if I trust them moving forward. Since posting this I have not received any response from Garon T not even an offer to finally install the kickplate."
