"We added a full bathroom in our garage and an additional 16 ft wall with an interior door. The project went well and we’re very happy with the work that was completed. Bob is an amazing person to work with as is his wife Laura. They made the process easy from planning & permitting, to choosing the right materials and layout. Everything went as expected. Bob went above and beyond to insure the job was completed on time as we had a specific timeframe that we needed the job to be completed. We would hire Bob again for another project in the future. Thanks so much Bob!"

"We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "

They were on-time, on budget and worked well with our plumbing supplier and our cabinet, counter and tile suppliers. Workers were courteous, clean and good at solving challenges in our 150-year-old home. We were happy with their support of our militaryveterans and have recommended them to friends. They even followed up a few months later to check on our satisfaction with their work."

From floor to ceiling their attention to detail blew us away. They help with deciding things from colors to crown modeling. They worked within our budget and even worked with the insurance company to adjust our claim when damages were found that were unseen when the original claim was submited. Cost effective quality work from a trustworkthy company is hard to find these days but this company is the real deal when it it comes to their work. They treated our house as if it was their own. We recommend them for any job you may need done."
