"Aces Four did a rebuild of the original footing drain along the basement side of our split level home   We had early success with interior drains shortly after the home was built but had gradually been getting wet lower walls and increasing floor seepage so we wanted a ?final? solution.  The total depth of the required excavation was almost 10 feet.

When it was time to replace the excavated material Yung could use the dozer blade to scrape right down to the plastic used to protect the lawn. Yung communicated with us regularly on the project status.
• Quick:  Our crew didn?t juggle multiple jobs.  We got a great 2 person team, Yung and Trevor, who stayed on the project until it was done, including cleanup.

The crew also had great equipment.  This is especially important if you are responsible for landscaping after the project was complete as we were.  The right equipment for tight space digging does much less damage than full sized equipment would."
