"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"When your repair isn't easy call Easy Appliance repair. Mike has been to my house twice in the past for different appliances has always done an excellent job. Recently because I watched a YouTube video I took apart my Whirlpool oven door but couldn't figure out how to put it together. I called Mike, and we set a time and he was early which is good because it took nearly 2 hours to put the door back together because the YouTube video was wrong. I was extremely happy that I won't have to buy a new electric oven. I find Mike to be reasonably priced, on time, communicates well with you and is extremely smart in diagnosing what's the problem is as well as repairing the problem. I would not hesitate to use them again."

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."
