"Agreed upon services were competitively priced and completed in a timely fashion. However, the Blue Ribbon Exteriors installation team should be very careful with existing home features that they come into contact with. Many of the original flashing, gutters, and trim features of the home were damaged when the project was completed. Also, scaffolding that was installed at the rear of the home was not properly stabilized and supported which collapsed (in wind) and damaged an existing composite deck. Although, the roof looked good when it was done and there has not been any leaking issues or shingle loss in the past year. The "Would you hire again" question should have a "Maybe" option which I surely would select after this experience."

Then came out for physical inspection and adjusted plan needs accordingly. Replacement was skillful,professipnal and price competitive with very courteous installer. "Oh I am so happy, Cody came within 3 hours and looked over everything and explained to my son and I what had to be done. He put the door up so we could get our cars out. The man was so Kind and Understanding . He wanted to come back the nest day on Saturday but we had other arrangements. I forgot to mentioned this happened where the spring left loose and came crashing down on a Friday afternoon. we could not even image if this would have hit someone as Cody explained the force behind the springs. This mourning he came Monday and Fixed it and also adjusted the belt drive. Than he called me out to the garage to put it up and down and than he went thur and explained and showed me how to grease everything, which will help maintain the door opening better. "He arrived punctually and showed me various photos of mail boxes on his smart phone and associated pricing. He subsequently went to Lowes and picked out one. Upon his return he was excited to tell me that he found a mail box cheaper than the one we agreed upon and it had a magnetic door on both ends. He dug up the old mail box and post (with a tool I was able to borrow from a neighbor), concreted in the new post and fastened the new mail box enclosure over the post. He also affixed new address numbers on the post. Looks awesome. He carted away the old post and box. A job beautifully done! He also was able to give me both a senior and military discount."

It ended up costing about $174 altogether to do 20-feet of duct and it only took an hour or less. The price was a little high, but they did a good job, and I really needed it."

Steve arrived on time on a blustery and snowy day.  We have a large wooden shed with heavy double doors that were impossible for me to open without calling my husband to prop them up.  I thought

we would have to cancel because of the weather or find another project but he repaired the doors, moved the hinges and reversed the handles to make them easier to open.  I have my shed back again!  Now, we?re waiting for him to come back to repair and paint our kitchen ceiling.
