"Sometimes it is hard to schedule with John, but when he gets there, the work is fabulous. There are people who drive by my house and stop just to tell me how beautiful my front porch is. "Elite Seamless Gutters, in Spring Valley, Illinois for the second time has worked on my home in Princeton, IL. In 2014 Elite Seamless Gutters installed gutters and down spouts on the house. Because this project was done perfectly and the staff were very professional, Monday, April 15, 2019, Elite Seamless Gutters worked on my front porch roof which had not been flashed properly by another company. Therefore, causing lots of water damage. The crew made sure I understood what they were doing and if I had any questions just let them know. The crew explained to me what they do and explained the material function. The repair took two long days. The second day the roof was completed. The crew installed gutters and down spouts on the porch. It was explained where the down spouts need to be installed. The crew placed two down spouts, in front of the east and north columns. This did not take away from the look of my home. I was very pleased with the work and interacting with Elite Seamless Gutters and their crew. Each day the crew cleaned up the job site. They went that extra mile with the gutter and down spouts."

"It went extremely well. The work was started and completed on schedule. It was done professionally and with care. Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with. Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners. Matt and his crew did a great job. It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.
There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen). Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense. We were very pleased.
I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again. I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof. (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)

"I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight. We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day. The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.
They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed. Customer service was excellent. When I had a question they called me back within the hour.
They did an amazing job and we have gotten tons of compliments on it. We would definitely use them again.
