"Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. This was a major job at a good cost. Shane even went above and beyond to reconfigure the badly installed two water heaters by another inadequate contractor and he reconfigured the piping and installed an expansion tank to bring them up to code at no charge too me. Thanks. After the installation was completed and tested, I was pleased with the quietness and efficiency of the system. Shane will take the time to work with me and to answer all my questions an concerns. The County inspector passed all the installation and electrical upgrades. Finally, their price was good and reasonable and better than competitors. I am happy and would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them. You will not regret using them."
