"We have just finished up having demo work done in our basement after we got several inches of water in the deluge of storms a few weeks back, and needed to pass along our recommendation. After several DAYS of back-and-forth voicemails and â weâ ll call you back in 10 minutesâ with a popular restoration company, I started to look for a better solution. After all, who doesnâ t want to wait a few extra days as the mold starts to spread? I reached out to Noah at ServMate, and cannot say enough about how terrific he and his crew were. He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, whenâ s the last time you had a contractor do that? We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience. Should you find yourself in the same unfortunate position this spring, know that you will have a bright spot in the mess."

"Un-Flood-It is an amazing company with great people. Both Brian and Greg were fantastic to work with in a time of stress for our family. Our shower was left running for several hours and overflowed into our master bath and into our kitchen below, and even continued further down into our finished basement. We called Brian on a Sunday morning and both he and Greg were at our house by lunch time on the same day (SUNDAY). Amazing service! We had much more damage than we originally thought and they use amazing technology to show you this. We could literally see standing water though the drywall with these tools. Damage was extensive and they had a plan within an hour of arriving. They did the ceiling removal where necessary, hardwood floor removal in our kitchen, tile/subfloor removal in the bathroom, and carpet pull up in our master bedroom. They had fans and what I would call industrial dehumidifiers running on all floors to dry the areas that they exposed. Every day for the entire week they checked in and took readings to see if we were dry yet. They were flexible and changed plans when they didn’t see the results they liked in the bathroom. And they were so tidy too…. besides our floor or ceiling missing, you wouldn’t know they were there! Always arrived when they said they would, and returned phone calls very promptly. Perhaps most importantly, they are wonderful, honest people. They gave us as much information as we needed and even filed their work details with our insurance company for reimbursement. Let’s face it…a company like Un-Flood-It is not a call you like to make, but when you need to I would consider no one else in our area. These guys are first class."
