"Professional Establishment, from estimation to completion of work. Purchased HVAC and Furnace - Received estimates from the owner, Bill. I had over 1000 questions, and he responded to every text, email or phone call within a 1/2 hour throughout the entire process. When hired, everything went exactly according to plan without a hitch. Bill was personally onsite two different times to assure the work was being done to my satisfaction. Installers Trevor and Kevin were right on time both days. They walked me through everything and made sure i was OK with things BEFORE installing anything. They were very professional and comfortable to work with. Although the cost was comparable to the Big Conglomerates, the distinct difference is the concern, care and accessibility you receive when dealing with Universal, all backed with an excellent service warranty. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

"I contacted DiBiase after a review of Angie's List contractors, and arranged for the to provide an overall system review and test, as well as to address the handful of issues that had been outstanding for years.  As it had been two years, I asked for a full system test and evaluation.  Scheduling was easy, and they were very professional and timely in setting up an appointment for the next week.  The team of two showed up as scheduled, including a phone call indicated they were on there way a half hour before they showed up.  I spent some time with the team explaining the problems we had been having.  And they called me back so they could show me the issues they had found, and also to explain how they had remediated the issues.
Overall I was very satisfied with DiBiase, and as a result of their high quality service, agreed to a 1 year service plan.
