"I woke up Sunday morning to water pouring out of the kitchen ceiling.  I called another plumber we had used in the past, only to find they no longer provide weekend services.  Frantically searching for another plumber, I found an advertisement for Roto-Rooter.  I called and was told they had a plumber working another job in my area and would send him to my house as soon as he finished up.  They provided the plumbers name in advance of him arriving and kept me apprised of his status every 30 - 45 minutes. <br /> While waiting for the plumber to arrive, a member of Roto-Rooters water restoration group arrived and assessed the situation.
