Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

Ferney meticulously cut and matched the pattern of a complicated hexagonal tile and it came out perfect! Ferney listens to your desires and works hard to give you exactly what you want. He also thinks of design details that you don't, e.g. alerting me that the new shower was going to be too dark and recommending a waterproof light fixture in the shower stall ceiling.
