We had no idea where the water was coming from and Rene was very upfront about what needed to be done as far as cutting holes in the wall to find the source. He cut one hole in the bathroom ceiling and found a pipe completely severed which he was able to fix an restore water. His customer service was superb. THANK YOU VERY MUCH RENE!"
