But such an expense is well justified by the depth of their expertise and the energy they exerted into their work. I want to point out that the managing style of the company is to be complimented. After the work was done, I called the company to point out two modifications on the finished work that may need to be done because of some unexpected problems that surfaced. Immediately the company office sent an inspector to look at the problems. A few days later Oscar came to make the modifications, all without any additional cost."

The project was to repair a pair of interior pocket doors between rooms.Alex evaluated the problem quickly and then gave the unexpected when he said “I’m pretty sure that I can get those parts at Home Depot and if you would like I could run over there NOW get the parts and come back and do the job NOW”.
