The smell told a different story. Russ Cram from Serv-Pro came out to inspect and we did in fact have mold behind the walls. Russ was very helpful in estimating the extent of damage and what treatments would be necessary. Insurance would not cover any of the costs but the quote was very reasonable. The work was done professionally and on schedule. I hope I don't need their service again but I will gladly recommend them to anyone else."
