Best HVAC company ever! 

They went above and beyond to fix repairs right away.  Came out rather quickly and stayed as long as it took to figure out the problem.  Their customer service is all around excellent!  I originally called at 4:00 am in the morning and got an actual human voice who respectfully listened to me and was ready to help.  Promises were always kept on calling me back and calling to let me know the tech was on his way including an email was sent as well!  The tech's are extremely knowledgeable/experienced!  Pride is taken in their work in making sure the problem is fixed RIGHT, not just assuming.  They are all very pleasant to deal with in every aspect.  I highly recommend them and will never call another HVAC company again.

"From the estimate appointment (Mark) to the install (Charles, Christian and Justin), McCrea employees were professional, courteous, punctual, responsive and hard working. It was an all day job. The work areas were left clean. Charles explained the install and systems to me before leaving. New A/C seems to be working great. Heat hasn’t been used yet. His honesty is greatly appreciated. He discovered that there was nothing wrong with my fan motor (!!) and only my capacitor needed replacing.
