"Ronnie, the owner, was phenomenal to work with. We hired him to repair my mother in laws home. She had purchased the home with a clear inspection to only find it had a terrible flooding situation with normal rain into the garage. We called Ronnie on recommendation and he was on site very soon with a no pressure evaluation and then developed an up front estimate so there would be no surprise. He saw a number of things that were not done correctly and executed the repair work not only timely but efficiently. The best part is that he jumps in and does some of the work himself along with his employees so he is hands on throughout the entire project. He was very cautious at each stage to be sure things were going appropriately. I would highly recommend him for any construction or renovation job. He communicates in a timely manner as well which I found difficult in general with other contractor relationships. 5/5 stars!"

"I hired Lee Day and team to paint the interior of my 1900 sq ft. 10 year old house and all 21 doors in the house and the walls of the garage. This is a house I am preparing to sell and wanted to get this job started quickly. Lee was able to schedule the job within a week of my request although the rain may have helped since his crew could not work on exterior jobs with the rain. Never the less, they got the job done quickly and my realtor has informed me it looks beautiful. Lee was great to work with giving me a fair estimate and was always quick to respond with a text when I had questions. "Sealed and Repaired Exterior Roof around the exhaust vents first which was the priority. Came back and repaired some roof slats from the interior side as requested. Also repaired a leak due to the old furnace chimney and the subsequent wall damage. Very professional and excellent communication. Work was done well and to our schedule. Will use again."

"First, the representative who came out to give a quote made several suggestions that we had not thought of. We appreciated that he gave us options and let US decide if we wanted to spend a little more or go a more economical route. Second, the communication, before, during and after the install was exceptional. They kept us in the loop and they responded quickly to any calls we made to them. Third, the installation went smoothly and quickly. They had a process and routine that enabled them to do the install with little "waiting around" time. Last, as with any renovation, we discovered a couple of minor problems after the work was done. All our problems were addressed and fixed promptly. Another contractor had been originally commissioned to partially remodel two bathrooms, however, once it became apparent that this contractor (See Eastern Shore Floor Covering and Design) could not deliver a quality installation in a timely manner, it was decided to have this work completed by a professional contractor. </p> <p>Todd Moran made a site visit and carefully evaluated the condition of the work site and the work which would be needed to be completed. He worked closely with the home owners to be sure that he clearly understood the owner’s expectations and what work was to included. A written quoted was provided which fully detailed the cost and materials to be provided by Mr. Moran. A list of additional material which were to be provided by the owners (lighting and plumbing fixtures, wall paint, etc..) was provided as well. A work schedule was outlined providing tentative start dates, durations of activities and estimated completion dates </p> <p>Mr. Moran arrived as planned with all necessary manpower, tools and materials and worked every day, all day, until the work was completed. If Mr. Moran was delayed (i.e traffic, purchasing additional materials, etc…) he would contact the owners the day before or the morning of the delay and provide updates on why he was late and when he could be expected. Mr. Moran was continuously on-site and proved to be a working supervisor, actively working on the project while providing direct supervision of his craftsmen, insuring a high quality installation executed in an effective manner.</p> <p>A great deal of effort was put into maintaining a clean and safe work place with debris removed site daily. At all times, the personnel of TJM Construction were respectful of the owners and their property and took exceptional care to minimize any damage to the household and grounds.</p> <p>In addition to the work contracted, Mr. Moran took it upon himself to install several lighting fixtures throughout the house. The owners had purchased these items and planned installing themselves. Mr. Moran explained that they had experienced a slight lull in work that day and needed to keep his people busy. Mr. Moran did not expect or request any additional payment for this additional work.</p> <p>TJM Construction is operated in a professional manner and provides a quality installation, in an effective affordable manner. </p>"
