They cleaned the gutters, fixed the gutter where it was loose and they bagged all the trash up. They did not charge extra for the loose gutter either. Nice and neat and EXCELLENT service!! "The cost is about $300.00 for the bees and $200.00 for the ants. They're pretty environmentally conscious. They know their stuff. They know the latest EPA rules for spraying that doesn't hurt human beings and pets. These guys are up on it and it's just as good. These guys get awards. I had some problems with big crows and robins, but the Cooper guys told me about cellophane streamers that are red on one side and silver on the other. Just pin them up above the windows and the wind makes them shimmy and it's very distracting to them, so the birds don't come anymore. They said they're hitting the windows because they see their reflection in the glass and think it's a predator so they attack it. You hear a big "bang" and they keep coming back."

"I called on a Wednesday evening and was in touch with the business the following day. Cheryl was helpful and informative and we made an appointment for early Saturday. Todd, the owner called ahead of arrival as agreed and showed up on time. He did a very thorough investigation inside the house and out - even though it was cold and pouring rain. He found the problem and treated it, even caulking around the inside fireplace wall where they were likely getting in. He told me what to expect over the following few days and gave me follow-up instructions. The price for the work was more than fair and both Todd and Cheryl were very personable and helpful. "Critter Control is amazing! We were having squirrels get inside our walls through the roof (two stories up). My initial phone call with Brad was pleasant as he informed me of all the reasons why squirrels could be getting inside our walls. Dave came out to set traps, returned promptly to clean out the traps, and patch up the bent soffit that was allowing the animals to get in. All-in-all, I couldn't be happier with the service and would absolutely recommend!"

"While he was here, we talked to him about our lawn because we had some questions. The gentleman happened to do lawn care prior to doing pest control so he gave me some comments about it and asked if I wanted Moyer Lawn to call me. They called and I talked to them and they were able to give me a deal to do some grub control and to aerate and seed our lawn for us. The grub control, aeration and overseeding were $188. I like the friendliness of the technicians that came out. This was different than the pest control guy. A different guy did the grub control than the one who did the aeration and seeding. They both did well with our dog. They were very friendly towards the dog and it was quick work. It didn’t take them very long. They were here in the time frame they said they would be. We got a discounted rate for those services since we also do the pest control. If you use them for other things, you get a discount on all the others because they provide a number of different home services. With the grub control, we were told we will be the first house call of the day which means they would be here before 8 a.m. and that didn’t happen. I called Moyer and the woman I spoke to said she would call the technicians and have them call me and ended up not calling me and they didn’t show up until probably around 9:15. All things considered, it’s not that much when we expected them but it was still slightly frustrating and then I planned to get this done before I went to work, and I ended up having to stay home much longer than I anticipated. As far as the aeration and seeding that we had done on Monday, they gave us a window. The technician called us and told us he thought he would be here and he was here within the 1-hour window that he gave us. The grub control technician who did not call us was still very friendly."
