"Arrived on time, repaired broken part and fixed some internal chair issues that might have been present since chair was manufactured. Appears some screws were missing from some key support wood blocks. Made sure chair was solid, worked properly and then closed up the leather back and fabric bottom. The chair was never this good before! Good, professional job."

"I was impressed with them. They are a family business, their name is Murphy. He quoted me a price but he had misjudged something and stuck with the price anyway, even though he had to do something extra. That was honest. I think his price was fair. The way I judged the fairness of his price is that another company charged $200+ for installation, another dealer wanted $700 for installation and he charged me $300+ but he had to take the doors off and redo things, I figured that was fair. They are honest. "
