"Fixed incorrectly installed piping under kitchen sink that was letting sewer gas out whenever the sink backed up while just running the water for a few minutes to rinse dishes. Completely re-plumbed the entire setup and connected it directly to the main drain, as it should have been before we bought the house 6 years ago. Also hooked up a sink in the bar area that had never been plumbed before. Estimate was fair and communication about the repair visit was easy. They had to re-schedule once due to an extenuating circumstance, but they were prompt to notify me and came out for the repair a few days later. "Travis is great! I had received a call on the 23 of December that our renters' toilet and disposal were clogged. I called another plumber and they said that the only day they could come was on the 24th Christmas eve day and that I would have to be there for the duration of the inspection to see what was going on. I had guests coming over and could no way leave to do that. Just as I was deciding my next move I got a phone call from Travis. He had seen my request on Angie's List. He said he was 10-15 minutes away from the rental and would take a look and let me know what was going on. He also gave me a very reasonable price range (best/worst case) before he went out.
