"Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

"Brian has saved us a few times from house leaks. The first time the main was cracked somewhere, pouring water into our driveway. Brian responded to our call for help very quickly, came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable bid (unlike the few other companies we called which asked for large emergency fees before coming out and didn't even have time to come out immediately - 24 - 48 hours out for a main leak!). "I hired these guys based on a referral from a good friend after my usual plumber bailed on the job (didn't show up). Russel Cahill (owner) called me on a Sunday. Since I had already been without water for 48 hours and had some work commitments, we scheduled the job for Tuesday morning between 8 and 8:30 <br /> They showed up later than initially expected at 9:30  but had notified me at 8:30 that  they had to pick up a tool from a diff job site and when they would be there by 9:30 - which seemed completely reasonable to me. <br /> Total work time was 1 hr 15 minutes (2 plumbers - Russel himself and another guy) which was much faster than I expected. A similar issue happened with my neighbors line located 1 foot away and it took at least 4 hours end-to-end with the single plumber contracted for the job. So given that reference point, this was lightning quick. <br /> Russel and his partner were clearly experienced in addressing this sort of issue. They were able to explain the mechanics of how they were fixing the problem fairly credibly (I'm an engineer and can easily call b*******)  <br /> Water's back on. Price was good.  <br /> I would definitely rely on them again or recommend them to friends for similar problems. <br /> <br /> <br />"
