This job may seem a bit expensive but I ordered 2 higher end toilets and they had to deliver, install, and haul away old toilets. I have also hired them in the past to fix my water heater. All the technicians I’ve met are very professional and punctual! I will definitely hire for any future work!"

There was no question that we wanted Steve Everett of Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen to remodel our bathroom, as he had remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and we were very familiar with his integrity, professionalism, skill and dedication. It took about 5 weeks to complete the job, and that is about what we expected. Steve hires only top notch professionals to work with him, so they were all very skilled, hard working, prompt, pleasant and made every effort to coordinate their schedule and to minimize disruption to our household. They removed part of a wall, which enlarged our bath to accommodate an extra set of storage cabinets, and made a porcelain tiled shelf on the window box behind the free standing tub. We joked that it would be a great place to set a wine glass! Our old shower was enlarged and replaced with a glass enclosed, tiled shower. The dual sinks were replaced along with the cabinets and counter top. Flooring was replaced with porcelain tile. We love our "new" master bath and kitchen! Every day feels like we are on vacation and staying in a luxury condo! If you have an idea for your kitchen and/or bath, Steve Everett can make it come to life! We highly recommend him!"

Jeff Thompson and Deanna Llewellyn designed the new kitchen, taking our input and making a plan that was better than we hoped. The entire renovation process was done professionally, with respect to the fact that we were living in the house at the time. Javier led the crew, and every day the site was cleaned up and Javier took the time to explain the work they'd done that day and what they would do next. The project came in at budget, it was done on time, and the work was top notch. We're very happy with the outcome, and in fact, we've talked to Jeff about the master bath. "I hired Sam to replace the wooden posts and concrete footers supporting my deck and sun room. The job required placing temporary supports under the structures, pouring new concrete footers that came above the dirt line, and installing new wooden posts. I found Sam to be straightforward and honest in explaining what the job technically required, the costs of the work, and what the county would require for permitting. In addition, I encountered unresolved permit issues from the previous homeowner. These issues were unrelated to Sam, but the county refused to issue a permit and this delayed the work. Sam was very patient as I resolved those issues with the county. He even gave me advice on what I could expect from the county as I fixed the issues. Once Sam and his team started work, he made sure I understood the work as they went along. He answered any questions that I had; he explained problems his team found and how they would resolve them to adhere close to the estimate and abide by regulations. In short, Sam is a true professional and I enjoyed working with him. Iâ m very happy with the work his team completed and now I have confidence that my sun room and deck are properly supported for years to come."

"The short version, hire Mr. Munoz and his crew. Details: We had the same 6 crew members show up plus the owner, Jose. Very respectful of our property and even though the house was not being lived in during renovations, they still cleaned up after their work EVERY day. Jose was on site everyday to ensure the work was completed how we wanted it and to address any questions. Finished on time or before with all projects for which we hired him. Very detail oriented and noticed small things. Took our ideas of what we wanted and helped us to create the space exactly like we wanted, giving suggestions and options along the way. For example, we wanted to create a larger shower. He suggested making the 36” door to the water closet a 24” door to give us the space we wanted. I would have never thought of that on my own but it made a huge difference. Projects completed: kitchen including hanging cabinets, under cabinet lights and moving the island, fireplace, drywall repair and sound proofing insulation, master bathroom renovation including plumbing and tile, vinyl planking installation, painting."
