He doesn't overcharge or offer things that aren't needed. There are no hidden costs. That is something you'll want to plan for though in terms of cost. You'll definitely need to put in grass seed or sod, and maybe some creative bushes, flowers, etc. like we did. For our next plumbing job, we will definitely hire John again. He is an all-around great guy, very knowledgeable and we trust him with our home.
