The work involved a significent challenge in lifting and decking under an existing outdoor kitchen. York River Outdoors did an excellant job. Their craftsmanship was better than most other contractors and their work ethic was outstanding. They maintained excellant communication and completed the job in a fast and efficient manner. This was a USAA claim and Parker Contracting followed each detail required by our insurance company stated in a contract.   Parker also wrote out a contract according to these specific points laid out by USAA and both parties signed.  After the drywall was replaced in the ceiling of the living room near the front door where the leak had been occurring from the valley, their painters completely repainted the living room walls and ceiling so that the new paint over the drywall would match the rest of the room.  They also, as an extra, painted the front doors and hallway doors, as well as the mantelpiece which is wood. It looks great.

My only wish had been that they would have also painted the adjoining dining room ceiling and walls, as you can tell where the new paint ends on the wall which adjoins the living room and dining room.

"Did not use lawn service.  I was looking for someone to do snowplowing for my apartments.

"It took much longer than expected, part of this was due to inclement weather & 2 ft of snow. When installer came he noted that porch was not secure enough to place sunroom on.  Owner of company came out to inspect while shoring up was being done.TRS shored up porch. Installer knowledgable and helpful. During demoing & building of stairs, they tripped power to house 3 times, finally they took out old outlet from old porch and used other outside outlet.
Projected time to start was 11/14/15 & finish 12/14/15, was not started until mid Dec., and finished 2/25/16.  County did not issue permit until Dec. TRS might be a little more realistic about construction times. Built sturdy steps & landing and put in all new electric to sunroom. A few knobs for windows missing which they had to reorder and one screen not set in properly and bugs got in, and cover plate to electric box with wiring to porch was not put on. They did fix after a few calls. 
When dumpster removed from driveway, it knocked my A/C unit off its base, unit needs to be repositioned we are waiting to see what that will cost. 
TRS did send out a quality review staffer to go over the whole project when finished, which is rare, so it appears that they really want client feedback.

"We got a quote very quickly. Asked for 40 petcent down Started the the following week. They were done in 3 days with a 26 x 12 ft deck, 15 feet off the ground. It looks great and we are so happy.
