He explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. Ty also made me aware that our old unit wasn't up to code. Ty gave me the quote for the job before he started . Ty finished the job in the time he said he would. Ty cleaned up his work area and took the broken water heater and shipping materials with him when he left. I have used Plumbing by BFW for all my plumbing needs. Their prices are very good. I like they charge by the hour instead of by the job. I will continue to use their services."
