They both work diligently to assess the blockage and clear it. It went further out than was expected. I can honestly say Josh and Paul worked very well together and we’re so into completing this mess. I sat there with them the whole time and they were so determined it was amazing to watch. I would definitely give this company a five star rating no problem. The job was more complex but they both remained calm and very confident and they were not leaving till that camera showed a clear passage. In a time where I was concerned because I had tenants, had to shut the water off they worked tirelessly to clear. Rich another technician was there previously and I was very pleased with him.
