"We have been having challenges on one of our Freezer units. Jeff from MM provided a lot of useful information on the phone even prior to coming on site to help understand our options. The repair visit was scheduled promptly, followed up with a confirmation text prior to the visit and the technician arrived on time as planed. Wile our unit ultimately could not be repaired the diagnoses and recommendations as to how to proceed were done professionally and with the customer in mind. We have many compressors on our property will definitely use MM to service and maintain all of them going forward."

Prompt & efficient, made good recommendations, and set me up with a reasonably-priced annual cleaning & maintenance plan for both the furnace and the central air unit. Overall very pleased, and will continue to do business with Sila in the future."

"Horizon repair man was quick, friendly, and explained the process to me. He was able to resolve my plumbing problem. However, the charge was more than the HomeAdvisor rate suggestion. Even after they dropped the service fee the cost was more than the rate posted on Home Advisor."

"He was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly so I understood exactly what the problem was. His timing was great, he arrived when expected, and the pricing was very reasonable. I appreciate the honesty, communication, and quality service. I would definitely recommend him to others."
