"I have previously used East Coast Comfort for minor repairs to my aging Central Air system and have been impressed with their customer service and responsiveness. Unfortunately, this year, my system was beyond basic repair. When faced with replacing some pricey parts (evaporator coil) on an aging system or installing a new system, both Lisa and Tony were extremely helpful in designing a system that fit our budget and requirements. We ultimately decided to replace the gas furnace, A/C condenser and coil as the new system would have a ten year warranty and be much more energy efficient. During his site visit, Tony also recommended some cost-effective ducting modifications to ensure air was supplied to the upper floor of our rowhome properly. The full replacement was performed in a single day and was scheduled quickly even though it was the middle of June (peak season). Lisa remained communicative throughout the process and Tony and his crew were awesome. They took extra care as they removed the old system and carefully brought in the new parts and cleaned up very well after themselves. We are extremely satisfied and I highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation. My family is now enjoying cool air and energy savings."

"The team of four guys worked very hard over the course of two days to do all of the above work.  They were professional and explained everything to us.  The used tarps and cleaned up after finishing each day.  In addition, two different supervisors stopped by multiple times over the two days to check in on the progress of the work.
We were extremely pleased by the excellent work and customer service.  We had been in our home for about a year and the air conditioning has never worked as well as it does now.

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

"EXCELLENT. Had Horizon Services (who I was contracted with until today) come out to do the annual service. Guy came without his equipment, told me he couldn’t purge the system, and then told me it’s better to have my oil company service our boiler anyway and to cancel our service with Horizon. Consider that done. Called Patriot. They were upset that Horizon was ripping us off and didn’t fulfill their contract. Then they passed my info on to their techs who were in the area and stopped to see if they could do anything even though they were in their oil delivery truck and not their service truck. These guys came, fixed the issue, and left in about a half an hour. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. This is the second time Patriot has come out last minute when a different company failed and fixed our problem. These guys are AWESOME. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for heating oil or service. Thank you again Patriot!"

" I called them on Friday morning - i described my problem, the person told me to bring my car in and he could see it right away to let me know the diagnosis.....I took it in, he called back in under 2 hours with a time frame and approx cost for my car to be fixed. The estimates were 100% accurate, the service was completed sooner than origionally estimated, and they were very friendly.

I've lived in alot of places and finding an honest, dependable, and reasonable car mechanic is not an easy person to find. These guys at Wynnewood Park Service were exactly what I have been looking for all these years. I don't plan to go anywhere else - ever again (I hope he doesn't retire in my lifetime!!). "I recently purchased a house that was built in 1915 and noticed that I had to purchase oil quite frequently. I called Omni Heating and Cooling and they arrived the next day to do an evaluation. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
