"Great! Jeff was polite while carefully explaining the process of replacing the hot water heater. He also recommended installing a water pressure regulator which most likely would have prevented the previous water heater from failing. Price was reasonable and response time was quick."

"Ross and his team did an amazing job replacing my old water heater with a new tankless water heater. They arrived on time, were very professional and had my hot water up and running in what seemed like no time. They provided excellent service at a great price and I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs!"

"On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."

"I am very pleased with the service from James and Family Renovations. I placed a quote estimate for a hot water heater replacement at 10:30pm. He called back at 10:45pm and was at my house with a new unit by 9am the next day, on a Saturday. He did the job quickly and effectively. Best of all he was very affordable and honest. I would strongly recommend him."

"I would have to say that Khaleb and his crew did a commendable job on the bathroom upgrade, and water piping issues. Their cleanup is also to be commendable. If I have anymore issues to be solved, 1-800-Plumber will be the call that I make. Sidney K"
