Recently, I noticed several issues with the intake and exhaust pipes. Several hanger straps attached to the wall are broken, and one of the joints on the water heater exhaust pipe is leaking water. I suspect this leak is caused by the imbalance due to the broken hanger straps. I expected a professional and reliable installation from Evergreen Home Heating and Energy, but these problems indicate a lack of attention to detail and quality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evergreen Home Heating and Energy. If you’re considering them for your home needs, be cautious and perhaps look elsewhere."
