"The service wasn't great. We weren't pleased. The quote was way over our expectations. At first, it was just written on the back of a business card and it wasn't very clear. He seemed miffed that I was not present but something came up. My wife was here and he dealt with her. We would not use them as the contractor in the future. There was no detailed quote and he was kind of rude when I asked for it. They were supposed to contact us after we purchased the Big Deal and they did not. We had to call them. It didn't seem like a very professional process."

"Mr. McMakin did an outstanding job overall. The sunroom was completed on time under a very demanding schedule. The deck rebuild took much longer, but it was all custom work so that is to be expected. Mr. McMakin worked some weekends including Sundays to help make up for weather and supplier delays. Both projects were completed for the quoted amount. The best contractor I've worked with to date, by far."

"Paramount showed earlier than the designated time. Which was just fine with us. They steam cleaned the affected area and scotch guarded the area as well. I happened to notice on the side of their van that they cleaned tile grout. They were willing to do it while they were here on my polished limestone bathroom and shower stall. The guy was friendly and professional and efficient!"

"They always do a great job with the windows. They did not do a very good job on the housecleaning. They did not get the concept of what needs to be done with house cleaning. They were timely and got everything done in a reasonable amount of time."

"Giant Factory Direct was tremendous from start to finish. They were very responsive in coming out to give an estimate and review the various colors and styles available. The installers did a great job on the install and worked through the entire day to get it complete. The materials are tremendous (no wood to rot) and the color is outstanding, but the best part is they were able to give me the pergola look and still allow me to have an insulated cover to keep cool over the summer. I would definitely hire them again...great job all around!"
