"They had to come back because they failed to attach part. Prior to work being done I explained that I would have to make payments. Then later they demanded payment in full and have threatened to remove panel. I am a disabled person on a very fixed income. It is illegal for them to take the panel back.also I was never was given quote never signed any paperwork."
