"Beautifully. The workman was prompt, courteous and thorough— checked in with me to see if I wanted to clean the space behind the face owl while things were disassembled! Reminded me that a tiny bit of pain repair would be required to completely restore my beautiful bath. Workman paid extraordinary attention to detail."

"Replaced shutoff valves under sink"

"The technician was honest and said that the water heater is in good working condition not needing any repairs or replacement We were told the opposite by another company!!! They have indicated that it needs replacement!!"

"Bought a new range and needed our gas line replaced. He came out the next day and looked at it and replaced the gas line the next business day. Came back today to help get the oven pulled back out and hooked up. Pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him!"

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The three men I worked with were all very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Phil Lykens"

"John was extremely helpful in patiently exchanging many emails with me as I tried to determine whether I wanted to try a repair or a more expensive replacement of all the bath and shower hardware. He did not try to push me one way or another but rather simply conveyed what might work and the relative cost for Mayo to do the job. He was professional, knowledgeable, & promptly responded to questions. As it turned out I was able to replace a cartridge myself. However he will be my first call next time I need any pro for plumbing services."

"Have a high end faucet that was not letting water flow. I was able to partly fix it but needed help. Purchased a new faucet and called J & E to install. Curt was fantastic. He recommended we keep the Grohe Lady Lux we had because it is much better than the new ones you can get at the local hardware stores. He was able to completely take it apart and drove to Henry plumbing for a replacement part. The cost ended up being half the cost of the new faucet I purchased and was able to return."

"Steve arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with the water heater, gave me options to fix/replace without trying to steer me to one option or the other, and answered my questions. I opted for replacement and he got the appointment set up for the next day so we wouldn't be without hot water any longer than necessary."
