"Excellent! I had a different service come in that I had contacted through Home Depot to check our sysem. They told me that the unit needed replaced and were trying to sell me a new unit... Ken checked our unit and it was just fine, replaced a small part and we are up and running, nothing else needed! and very thankful for his expert assistance."

"My unit was smoking..i have my grandson fulltime. They moved mountains to get to me in a rush. The service was great. The tech even messaged me when he was on the way. I had expressed my dire need for services and they responded in a timely fashion. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs top quality service at a fair price and quick turnaround. Thank you!!"

"Perfection. My AC began to die over Memorial Day weekend. The company was responsive even though they were slammed over the weekend. They helped me to choose the right AC for my house, with no attempt to upsell. Made several trips to replace refrigerant that was leaking to keep me going for the few days until they could install, and they only charged me for the refrigerant. They gave me a very good price on the unit. The installers were very professional, went above and beyond. Every person I dealt with was courteous and helpful. I love the unit, perfect size for my house."

"JBC did a great job for me in a short time. My ac went out and they came .. gave me an estimate and was out the very next day installing my unit!! Very hard workers and very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company!!?"

"This was the second time I have used Westbrook to service my air conditioner. I am very pleased with how honest and reliable the technicians are that work for this company. Never try and sell me on anything I don't need or want and perform the service quickly and efficiently. The technician went above and beyond today by fixing a leak with my blower unit. He cleaned out my drainage pipe inside the unit that was clogged and instead of a big ticket fix (that I was afraid of) he got it working again. No leak!. He also found a screw to fit the corner of the blower unit that had come out a few months ago and reattached it. I will never use anyone else but Westbrook to service my air conditioner and furnace."

"Fast service,ac went out late at night around 10pm,greg came out right away ,i was impressed he came same night i called after hours, very straight forward, next day installation, and helped me get newer more efficient unit for 120 a month, honestly ill probably save that much,my old unit was 500 a month to run in mid summer,i highly recommended greg for any ac work,i only wish i called sooner"

"Service was outstanding from start to finish. It has been a month since the install of my new York system with all new duct work. From the office staff to the techs everyone has been helpful with answering my questions. Nicole and Bradley kept me up to date on the process and worked with my schedule. Gilbert and Nick took their time and left my home clean. Tracy in the office has always been very helpful and went above and beyond to get Phil out to my home for an estimate. I'm so happy I made the choice to hire Corman and Sons. You won't be disappointed in choosing this company for your ac needs."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Same day appointment. Technician called before arriving and arrived at the beginning of the service window. Repair work was carried out quickly and professionally, and the technician was obviously experienced and knowledgeable. After diagnosing the problem, the technician checked out several other possible trouble areas to keep me informed of the overall condition of the unit."

"Discovered my refrigerator was not cooling properly on a Thursday evening. It was after business hours so wrote a message on Angie's List to the Appliance Doctor. Michael called at 8 A.M. Friday morning and advised he was somewhat booked for the day but would try to fit me in, probably early afternoon. He called at 1 PM, said he would be over shortly. I suspected it was the compressor but within 3 minutes or so of his arrival he diagnosed a faulty freezer fan, had it on hand and replaced within an hour. Mike is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I will absolutely call again if any future large appliance problems. This was two weeks ago and the fridge is working great!"
