"They did an excellent job with the brick installation. Greg made sure everything was done correctly and all the repairs on the home were completed. They were very thorough and had great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Pisani Contracting."

"This was a big deal purchase. It worked out for me good and bad, The cleaning of the chimney was fine, but the fireplace has two sides. We talked about putting a door on one of the sides that matched the other side. That was not part of the deal, that was separate. I gave them a good down payment and no door is forthcoming. They are very nice, but no door has been forthcoming. They were going to bring the door two weeks ago, but I got a call from the guy who said he was stuck on the side of the road and could not come that day. I have not heard from them since.

"They replaced several rows of broken bricks at the foundation of the house - without jeopardizing the integrity of the wall as well as replacing some bricks by the front door and installing a limestone plate by the door sill. Work was done professionally by Evan's crew within the estimated time and everyone there was very courteous."

"Brick Preservation came highly recommended from a close family friend. They exceeded all expectations from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. 1 month after the job was completed I even received a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the job.
The work crew was led by James himself. It was completed 2 days prior to his original estimate and the cost was just under the original quote.
The new mortar color and texture was a perfect match to the original from 1957. He was even able to reuse some of the original brick and match the replacement brick perfectly.
The work was performed safely and the crew was very professional at all times while they were at my home. The work area was kept neat while the work was performed and was spotless when he finished. (This was important to me because I have 3 young children and a large dog)
I would strongly recommend Brick Preservation to anyone who needs repair or replacement of original brick and mortar.

"Nosh is a true craftsman and an outstanding professional. He provided a clear quote and stuck to it despite some unforeseen additional expenses. His craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none. He and his crew arrived each morning, worked hard, and cleaned up every day. When more of the old stone was damaged than expected, he made MANY calls around to warehouses and was able to find an exact match to our 9 year old stone!!! It's not just a match, even...it's the same stone. It had be sitting in the warehouse for 9 years. He bought what he needed for the job, advised us to get more for future repairs, and delivered it to our home. I think we bought everything the warehouse had. We'll never be able to find that stone again (as many masons have told us previously), but now we won't need to. Most other contractors just don't put forth that extra effort to do the job right and make the customer happy.
When discussing other potential projects and details, he is very cost conscious while still having an eye on aesthetics. He even came back after his work was complete to meet with carpenters to provide guidance on working around the remaining poorly installed stone. We some of the caulking around the base of our backsplash had tiny holes after drying, he came back and fixed them. We will definitely have Nosh back to repair more of the stone and do other masonry and tiling work.
Nosh has a bit of an accent, but it's really nothing...just a little extra patience when communicating over the phone. With his skills and experience, this is the expert you want to do your masonry work! Finding a true and honest craftsman like Nosh is 1 in 10,000 at least.

"They knew what they were doing. The work took a few hours. The guy that came out for the estimate was knowledgeable and didn't push me to replace things that didn't need replaced. He explained to me why there were cracks and why it was common and I shouldn't worry about it. He made me feel comfortable."

"I've had Rick out to my house twice to quote me for siding. I have found him to be very honest and have the most intregrity of the 3-4 for siding contractors that have come out to quote me. The first time he came out he recommended I find a handyman to repair my existing siding. He was of the opinion that we could buy ourselves a few more years with the repair work of a good handyman and then re-side down the road. I planned on taking advice until we found mold and my wife became concerned that there was mold behind out siding. I asked RIcked to come back out and quote me for vinyl siding, gutters, and aluminum trim. He gave me the best quote of any other siding contractor. He also really made me feel like I could trust the work and quality of A-1. We are still undecided if we will reside this year or a few years down the road but when we do we will almost certainly go with A-1 Roofing and Siding"
