"Casey was able to fit us in with only about a week notice, as this was not a big job, and something he could take care of completely in the morning at our house. We really appreciate that he made an effort to come quickly as our old mailbox post was rotting away and about to fall. He took care of everything to our complete satisfaction. <br /> Casey was very prompt and showed up on time, ready to start. He already purchased bags of concrete mix to use and did a very professional job of centering, leveling, and installing our new mailbox post. He even knew about building code and made it the correct height. Casey showed me everything before the job, explained exactly what he was thinking, and made sure everything was okay with me before he started. After he started, he was done in about two or maybe approaching three hours with everything - the mailbox post and the tree trimmings. To set the post correctly it had to sit overnight and he came back the next morning (early) to re-attach the mailbox to the post. He made it perfect and we are happy. He was able to schedule what needed to be done, to plan around a new floor being put in. He was very considerate, and was able to work with me, to make sure I would not be without a toilet by the end of the day. "After initial contact through Rick Dubrow, Shawn became the project overseer and estimator, and stayed with our project from start to finish. Sharon, our designer has the ability to listen carefully to our requirements and suggestions, and distill them into a design that worked for us. Mike, as our on-site project manager, went out of his way to ensure that the work caused us as little inconvenience as possible. And given that the work took place in three parts of the house -- master bath, kitchen, and laundry, often at the same time -- that was no mean feat. The subcontractors were obviously very carefully chosen, and they all gave us what we wanted, not what might have been easier for them. Communications via email and phone were excellent, and the final cost estimate came in very close to the actual final cost. There were no surprises. We are very happy with the results of the remodel, we have recommended A1Builders/Adaptations Design Studio to friends, and we will use them again for our next project."
