"The original contract was signed on August 14, the work was completed 3 months later. Originally, the skylights had to be ordered and it would take 2 weeks--both Lowes and Home Depot stock this skylight. A month later I called, the skylights were not in. I called 2 weeks later, the skylights were still not in. I kept calling every two weeks and leaving messages for Leonard. I would either not get a call back or I would get a voice mail on my home phone stating that he or someone else was following up on the order. Finally, in early November, I called Leonard again, the operator put me through to him. He stated he would install the skylights the following week."
