Now I did not do any of those things because I would have spent a small fortune if I had. As far as I can tell right now the air conditioner is fixed properly but it?s only been one day. Just hoping I was right to trust him on that. He also did not stick to his original price he gave me but came down $50 off the $100 more he added. I just needed air conditioner fixed fast and hope the price was fair. He carry?s on too much about being an honest Christian person , but trying to upsell things never hired for is not so honest and Christian like to me. "Do NOT use this company unless you want to be charged astronomically higher than what you should be. I had a furnace/air system put in and charged over 10,000 when unit itself costs a little over 3,000. Had pipes in kitchen alone done and charged 2,800 and left the wall out from floor to ceiling where pipes went. Now 5 years after purchasing this unit tried to charge me $800 for a part repair that was under warranty so that was for labor alone went elsewhere and had done for $180. They take advantage of people that aren’t knowledgeable on what stuff like this should cost. Don’t appreciate repeat customers and you will never pay a fair price avoid at all costs."

If we say things that we did not like they were addressed that day or the next without a lot of back and forth and explainations as to why something was the way that it was, It was addressed to our standards. We made a few modifications to the plans during the process and the price decreased and that was discussed and was taken off of the final negotiated price of the project. I also liked the fact that we paid during phases of construction and a final payment was agreed upon after we both were satified that everything on the punchlist was satified. They did an excellent job and I look forward to working with them again"
