"Not all the JH siding was color matched, some was painted. It took months for the punch. I still have an area that is filled with caulk because the piece was cut too short. The billing was incorrect initially by $2000 which did get corrected after I pointed it out. The sub for the gutters did not finish their project well using screws that create clogs and cut downspouts short. The 5280 staff is very polite and did address about 95% of my concerns. They showed up when they said they would."

"Couldn't be better. Miguel has been my landscape designer and installer for many years. He has re-landscaped our front, back and side yards over the years and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. He is professional, creative, honest and punctual. His team is comprised of hard working, highly skilled guys who truly know what they are doing. Miguel starts a project ON TIME and finishes at the promised time. No excuses and NEVER any "no shows". His bids are fully detailed and fair. He has worked with whatever budget I have for a project and is very good at suggesting alternative ideas/materials to give the desired outcome within budget. In addition he is a PRO in laying sprinkler systems, fixing existing sprinkler issues and planting trees. The two miniature blue spruces he planted in my front yard are thriving because of the soil he used and how he put in a circular drip line for consisting, even watering. "I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."

Upon initial contact with Ernest, he took the time to cover all the details and describe exactly what the crew would be doing and gave initial quotes for various options, sticking to the exact cost of the option we chose, which was to completely cover our house and detached garage. I should point out here that their quote was less than others. The crew (headed by Omar) showed up exactly on time each day and stayed as late as necessary to complete each day’s task.
