"My recent customer experience with Peak Plumbing easily ranked in my top 5 best service experiences. While clearing out my house for sale, I discovered water leaking out of the ground, and it was determined that my water main had a leak (old blue poly from the early 1990â s). Timing was critical to have it replaced, and, based on other online reviews of Peak Plumbing, I contact them on the 4th of July holiday. My first contact was with Tim, and then Jacob, both of whom were very professional and direct. Jacob visited my home the next morning, and proposed pulling the main the very next day. I asked for a quote for the pull, but also an adder in case the pull failed (according to Jacob, pulls are successful about 90% of the time), which would mean directional drill placement of the main would be required. The quote I received within a few hours was very close to another vendorâ s response I received, but the other vendor could not do the work for a week. Peak also committed to being able to do the directional drill the next day if the pull failed, so I chose Peak. Peakâ s crew arrived the next morning, and they got to work. Because of the very tortuous route of the original main as well as rocky soil, the pull was unfortunately unsuccessful. So, at 7:15 AM the next morning, the drilling crew and Peak staff showed up and successfully drilled and pulled a new main to a different, more accessible location in my basement. By early afternoon, my house had water again. Every aspect of this job was customer focused, and mission focused. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Peakâ s people, and greatly encourage anyone reading this review to contact Peak Plumbing for their plumbing needs."

"On a Monday morning, we woke up to a flooded basement bathroom floor. We called a few highly recommended Angie's List contractors, and James and his son were able to squeeze us in on Tuesday morning between appointments. They called 30 minutes before they arrived to inform us they were on their way. Once they arrived, they worked diligently to identify where the leak originated. They carefully removed only one tile from our basement bathroom shower to repair a cracked pipe in the wall under our kitchen. Once repaired, it was determined there were two more cracked pipes in the wall. They spent the better part of an hour identifying the leaks and where in the wall the cracked pipes were located. Again, they carefully cut discreet holes in the wall to repair the pipes. They recommend we have our pipes snaked to clear out any blockage and referred us to gentleman that was able to come the same afternoon. The snake he brought was 25 feet, and we were now experiencing some slight leakage under the kitchen sink. James texted us that evening to see how it went. We told him, and he said he would stop by in the morning to check everything again. After several tests of the dishwasher, full sinks, etc., it was fixed. Whatever was caught in the pipe was gone. We decided to have our main line scoped just to be safe. James said we didn't need to and recommend we cancel our appointment, but referred us to a reputable company anyway. The scope was clear, but the gentleman recommended we have our clean out replaced. My husband decided to replace the cap instead and texted James to discuss his plan to do so. James and my husband have been texting for the past few days to ensure all is well with the pipes and the cap. James and his son are incredibly thorough and follow up on their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have pipe/plumbing repairs. Thanks!"

"This all began with Zach checking our ancient Warm Morning wall heater while he was here to do a yearly maintenance check on our Rinnai water heater. We were startled when he got a reading of 45 on his carbon monoxide meter close to the heater vent - he suggested we replace the heater right away as this was not safe at all. He was gracious enough to find us a new wall heater immediately, and Brady and Dylan came back the very next day to remove the old heater and put in the new one. They worked hard all day and did a good job. Brady and Zach came back five days later to cut a vent into our bedroom and also went the extra mile to put in extra rubber gaskets and padding to relieve some rattling and mitigate as much of the noise as possible. We are relieved to be coughing less, breathing better, and to have a good heater that works well for our needs. These guys were kind, professional, and very careful about keeping our home clean, especially when removing our old heater that was full of soot - they did a great job and we are pleased with the results. Docked half a star only due to some confusion with the invoice and not clearly giving a breakdown of costs for the heater itself and for labor and installation, but overall, a job well done! "Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. Patrick is an impressive and experienced plumber. Alexander keeps in touch daily with every step of your project repair. I was impressed with how kind, and professional he is to customers. We are so thankful to have hot water again. They stand by their work. My husband and I highly recommend them!"

"Mike replaced Kitchen faucet (wanted new one) and also replaced main bath faucet, broken (which he stated since so old would cost more to repair then new) Appreciated him giving me options. Have used Mike before to replace Hot Water Heater and again was given options. Mike is super great and took just over an hour to replace both. Connection in bathroom was too short for new faucet but he had what was needed in his vehicle. The other faucet worked just fine."
