"We started a DIY to replace a toilet. We saw the builder’s plumber did a bad job on the flange. No screws to hold it down but a lot of glue. We had 3 plumbers come in to review and give us their input/quote. John explained what he wld need to do. The quote was reasonable. Best part, he wld not need to bust up the tile or go underneath the foundation. We are very pleased with his work along with his apprentice. We will recommend and use them again. Thank you. "

I looked to Angi's to get some quotes, and Matthew was quick to quote the work and schedule. He was detail oriented explaining what was needed, and very tech savvy being able to provide quotes over email and the app with photos and details compared to others, in my experience, who need to come to the home first and don't seem to follow up well. I got master plumber Zack who was respectful, nice, clean and considerate of scheduling water cut offs with the family's needs. There was another customer emergency, and they were able to finish the work so we had hot water and come back the next day to finish the rest at a convenient time - showing me they really cared about their customers and triaged appropriately given how essential running water is! Highly recommended."

First, Goettl informed me that I would have a visitor come to my home way earlier than expected, which deserves a 5-star rating for that. I had placed the appointment from 5-8 pm, but the technician came way before that and that was what I was hoping for. Secondly, Jonathan Saucedo was great at explaining all the facts in replacing a water heater. He was very transparent with the setup, price and warranties. Jonathan even went as far as telling exactly what he was doing, when he was doing it and when he was finally done. This is the third time I have used Goettl to have something replaced or fixed and they never disappointed. I hope to continue using their services in the future."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
